Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to the continental United States only.

Fulfillment

We will normally process your order within 2 working days of placing it and once the order has been processed we will despatch it to you. If you place your order over the weekend, your order will be processed the next working day.

Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, date and time the order was placed, order status, and the parcel tracking number for the shipped item. For the exact location of your shipment, please track your item on the carrier's official website.

If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the parcel and contact our customer service.

Delivery Time

The actual delivery time consists of the order processing time and the shipping time, your order is usually processed within 2 business days and delivered to your delivery address within 3-5 business days. Sometimes due to force majeure factors, the shipping time may be slightly different. If your order is delayed more than 5 days beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
