If the product is broken to a manufacturing error the customer has 6 month warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Policy for products that are not broken but the customer wants to return because they changed their mind?
45 days after receiving your item. You have 45 days after receiving the item to request a return.
- Return or Exchange Address
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to
[email protected]. We will review before approving the return or exchange request. If you are approved, we will provide you with the return address. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
- Who pays the shipping cost on returns or exchange?
If it is a return or exchange the customer will pay for the shipment back.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Most refunds arrive within 1 day.
